[ICOM] Needed - Icom's new CI-V CAT command list

Early this year Icom amended its CI-V protocol instructions to include new 
commands for reading VFOs and controlling split operation in its new ic7600 
and v2.3 of microcode for the ic7800. (and, I suspect, to get its RS-BA1 
Remote Control software working properly). If anyone has a copy of those new 
commands I sure would appreciate a copy.
