[ICOM] T-81 manual.

   I Googled Service Manual, T81, and it brought 3 sites up.   This is
the first one

Another site I saw but didn't download to look at was

Hope this helps.  You might try doing a reset on the T81, see if that
brings it out of the clueless state also.

It seems I vaguely remember the Icom USA site having this also, but am
not sure right now.
