[ICOM] R71A Issues

I replaced the RAM module with a new one from PIEXX.  The frequency and
tuning issues have been resolved.  All controls seem to work except for the
absence of audio.  If you put it into FM mode, you can hear some white
noise.  If you hit the speech button, you hear the frequency spoken.  Am I
missing something?
