[ICOM] Wanted: IC-7800 items

Ok, I know this is a longshot, but I am looking to purchase the following IC-7800 
related items: 

Main VFO knob 
Rack mount handles and screw pack 
Original manual and/or binder 
Front feet extender cups (or whatever they're called!) 
Original ac power cord 

Basically, all the items that come in the box when new, EXCEPT the radio! 

I'll even take a box if someone has that too! On in other words, anyone have an 
IC-7800 that is toast, and wants to move the above items?
