[ICOM] ICOM 746PRO... RF FOLD BACK

Greetings,
 I have a IC-746PRO that has a problem... on 2 meters the RF output is
100 watts when I turn it on, after 10 min. the power drops to 30 watts.
If I turn it off 10 min. back up to 100 watts... any help. I'm using a
Bird 43 watt meter with a Bird 50 ohm load. Tnx.
