[ICOM] Does this "bug" you?

I don't wish to point fingers nor do I wish 
publicly criticize what others have written  - 
but -  would it be asking too much for the writer 
to insert a <CR> or two and line feeds on their 
text?  Most often I see this emanating from 
hand-held devices and, most likely, the writer 
has no idea of how it looks to the recipients.

Not wanting to start a flame war, just asking.
