I will second that!  If you offered me what he charges to work on a radio, I
would LAUGH at you!  E-mail him your problem first - he will give you his best
guess and suggestions on what it is - and even suggest how you might do it
yourself.  If you still decide to send it to him, his prices are very
reasonable.  And the work is impeccable.  Check his references on eHAM.
