[ICOM] Icom IC2KL FCC ID

  Seem to me at the time the IC-2KL did not need to go through an 
approval process. The 10 meter modification was literally adding in the 
10 meter band pass filter.
Do a search under afj9xuIC-2KL if there is any FCC certificate for it it 
will be under afj9xu as the beginning of the FCC ID.
My gut feeling is Icom never presented this amp to the FCC as it was out 
of production long before the limits on the 24 to 28 MHz modifications 
and type approval was required by the FCC.
