Hi,Guys-Not sure I want to jum pinto this ? But,I had a problem in January of this year-I use mostly the digi modes- ALl the readings on the meter looked as they should,but said I had output,but no-one came back to me. Tried the b ack-=up-a 746 and that got out ok.i called Icom in St. Joe,Michigan and tried to explain as best as I could what I thought was gpoing on. Ended up in sending in. He said what was happening was ,when I went into TX mode ,it was going into split band and was ot of band,so no output ??? Got it back  and did work better,but the auto-tuner never stopped. Sent it back,and he replaced both tuning  motors and now works fine . Wish I  had thought to try the off-set freq,as it seems like I would have seen the dial light up ,if I was using it . Maybe not anything to do with this problem,but sounds a bit close
