[ICOM] relay in IC-761

It sounds as if the relay in my vintage '761 has given up the ghost after
22 years.  While it occasionally will work, much of the time it doesn't
seem to want to engage properly.  I haven't had a chance to take it apart
and do any measurements but my service manual says the relay is a VS12TBN-E
and I've been having problems finding it on the net.

Any suggestions?
