[ICOM] IC-746 Tuner Problem

To all:
 
Thanks for the comments.  The failure to tune is
a very recent situation.  It has been working
just fine for several years.  It's either an
internal tuner failure (my suspicion) or an
antenna problem.  Since it is okay at 3.8999
and kaput at 3.9000 MHz, I'm pretty sure it
is a tuner problem.  I will try to identify
the relay mentioned in one of the replies.
 
I'm no longer able to climb to inspect the
antenna.
