[ICOM] Icom PA Transistors?

Would someone contact me off-list regarding the output transistor that was used in the IC-706 line, but is apparently no longer available.

I've spent most of the weekend cross referencing and looking through various databases for power transistors for *another* project, and I think I may have seen a reference to that same transistor.  Except NOW I can't find my local IC-706 files and my memory isn't good enough to recall the part number of the "inobtanium" item.

Thanks all.  And I apologize if this appears to be written by someone half asleep - because I was indeed about to drift off when the idea came to mind, so figured I'd post before I forgot about it!!
