Its a basic HF transceiver without FM unless the UI-9 was added. Much
like the current IC-718 but no direct frequency entry, or DSP.
It will do 160 through 10 meters has 4 split memory channels, semi
breakin CW, CI-V, front speaker, 32 memory channels, dual VFO for split
operation.
Uses the 455 kHz CW filters.
I would say between $300 to $500.00. It was and is a GOOD basic HF
transceiver. Will make someone a great rig.
I was going to buy one several years ago, they were out of stock at the
time so I got a 706MKII instead and still have it. Also have an IC-718
