[ICOM] No power out in FM mode on an IC-706MKIIG

Hi Folks!
I was wondering if anyone has seen an issue of no power output when in FM
mode no matter what the band or power level?  The internal meter spikes for
a fraction of a second and then there is no output.  It does not happen in
any other mode and does happen with a dummy load and a 1:1 match.  

The power supply voltage is steady. 

 

Any ideas?
