Dick,
Are you close to a Radio Shack? They have the " adaptaplug" adapters
there. Also they have several loose on a length of wire for test
fitting. The sizes Like " M " are universal so far as I know. This link
give a chart with plug sizes and conversions to the Adaptaplug.

Then you could either use the Adaptaplug system or go to their parts
drawers and grab the correct size of the DC coaxial connectors.
