[ICOM] Dead IC765

Hi Guys,
My IC 765 has decided it has had enough and refuses to switch on.
All the fuses are ok. Mains voltage is getting to the Reg Unit.
The 140 volts are present and there is 20 volts on the base and emitter of
Q1.
However there is no no voltage on the emitter. There are no voltages on IC2.
Just wondering if there are any known issues with the Reg Unit.
What should I be looking at?
Any help much appreciated.
