[ICOM] Used ham gear

Thanks to all who responded to my inquiry regarding a link to a site 
listing value (used prices) for various amateur radio items.  While 
I've not received the information I'd hoped, the many suggestions, I 
did receive will be most helpful.

One suggested that I post the list and look for offers - that would 
be fine except that the list is long and, I suspect, many readers 
would not want to wade through it.  If someone is interested, I'd be 
willing to convert it to a PDF and send to you off the reflector.
