[ICOM] IC-718 that dies on 30m, revives, dies again

Hi John,
Although I am not familiar with the IC-718, and based on the limited
information provided, what you are describing may be an indication of PA
oscillation. Hopefully someone familiar with the rig will have seen this
before and can offer better help than I can.
