[ICOM] Troubleshooting IC-765

[GGLL]

	Is it just only 20 Mtr. (14000..14350 KHz) or at larger range, lets say 
from 8.0 to 14.999.99 MHz?. If so (the latter I mean), you have a PLL 
problem; try rocking back and forth C20 located in PLL unit and tell us 
what happens.
