[ICOM] No Audio from 775DSP

Greetings All,

I have a 775DSP, won at a hamfest a number of years ago, which I am FINALLY trying to get on the air (yes, the time lapse is embarrassing, but events can intervene).  Unfortunately I'm not getting any audio out of it, either with the internal speaker or headphones.  The S-meter tells me signal is there; my R70 corroborates that.  Can anyone who has had a similar problem (or not) suggest where I should start looking?  Or should I plan on sending it in for service?
