You might try looking up a company that packs using a urethane foam,  shot out 
of a pressurized gun. If you've got a local electronic  manufacturer in your 
town, give them a call. Maybe they will do it or  refer you to someone.

It is form fitting and will not permit the  parcel contents from shifting around 
and offers the unit the ultimate in  safety. Like TenTec sends their equipment.

Here in San Diego, we  have a place called "E-Z Flow".

For a 28" X 28" x 12" box, the  charge was $10.00
