[ICOM] Lost screw for remote cable connector for IC-706 Mk II

Mine has disappeared, assuming that I ever installed it
in the first place!
 
Does anybody have the dimensions for it?  I seem to recall
that the counterpart for the IC-7000 is a 3 mm item.
 
I'm "guessing" that is what has caused my transmit audio
to go sour.
