[ICOM] ICOM PS-125

I purchased an used ICOM PS-125 via the Internet, DOA. I have no
reasons to believe that this was intentional. The seller is working
with me on that problem.

The issue: Red power light comes on, no output. I did open the outer
cover, but to get to the guts of the PS is a major project, and I left
that alone for now.

My question is: What could be the problem, and what is the repair cost
if I return the PS to ICOM for servicing. There is no ICOM service center
here in Hawaii.

I feel that there is no major issue, but only guessing in the absence of
a schematic. Any help or suggestion is welcome.
