I agree. I tried making some from a Molex connector that I got at
RadioShack. Boy, what a mess! I think West Mountain Radio also has some
pre-wired up too.

You can find them at places like Mouser Electronics but I prefer to call
Icom, get the p/n's and order from Icom. Some of the aftermarket connector
pins cause problems making a good connection. They are very reasonable cost
at Icom.
