[ICOM] 2SC1972 drivers?

To all that have responded to my request for information;

Thank you.

I have reviewed the specifications of several transistors and have gone 
with 2SC1945 from RF Parts.

In response to one suggestion: I do use a number of NTE products and 
have been quite satisfied with their products but tend to stay away from 
"universal" replacements when dealing with medium to high power RF 
transistors.

With regard to the warning about ordering from overseas, I generally 
order from companies I know and with whom I have had dealings, 
especially when forced to substitute with other than original parts.

I have learned lessons in the 50 plus years that I have been designing 
and servicing electronic equipment to stay with reputable companies.
