[ICOM] 2SC1972 drivers?

Dave,
   You can get the identical transistors/manufacturer off Ebay,
there's also some that have the transistor from another manufacturer.
 Mine worked real good.   It also took out a chip resistor on mine
when the transistors shorted, had to replace that also.
