[ICOM] IC761 problem

Robert, the Frequency readout is working perfectly and the "S" meter
reads normally.
Gary thanks for the tip re -5 volts will check that out, I will look at 
that first then if ok will
see if I can sort out whether the PLL voltages are correct.
Darned Winter weather has been too cold to go out to the garage to work 
on it the
past few days but think it is due to improve over the next few days.
