[ICOM] need a smt fix or a board for a 746pro

Bought a 746pro ,no audio from the ext speaker jack or from the rigs internal speaker. found a loose jack. pulled the Main board out and found the jack broken and the smt solder pads pulled free from the board. tried to solder the pads to their supply traces ,now have output ,but need to keep upward tension on the jack and plug with a wire tie. Would like to find a used board somewhere from a dead 746pro. Its called the main board ,the one with all the IO ports ..7... along the bottom edge of the rear of the radio. If anyone has a board please get back off line. Also anyome good at repairing smt type boards? Have the xray of the traces and parts,just too small for my fingers or tools.
