[ICOM] 60 Mtr Operation with ICOM 746

Ted; I don't own a 746, but do own a 756ProIII that covers 60 meters. My internal tuner does not operate on 60 meters as the tuner requires a carrier in order to tune, and CW is not permitted on this band.  I can whistle a steady note in the mike, and if I can hold it long enough, the tuner sometimes will see enough carrier there to tune. This of course is on a proIII only to which I am refering.

Does anyone have information on how to make the built in antenna tuner work
when on one of the 60 Mtr channel frequencies? I did the Xmit Mod and all is
fine. I am using an external tuner in the meantime.
