[ICOM] Rejected Email ????

Hi All,
I have a new IC-2820 with D-Star chip installed.  I have noticed that 
the cooling fan comes on shortly after turning the radio on, and does 
not turn off at any point during operation.

I have done the following in trying to better understand the issue.
- Turned Radio ON and have not transmitted
- Room ambient temperature is 77 to 78 degrees.
- Control head illumination is minimal
- I have an external cooling fan located behind the radio offset by 5 inches

Does the radio's cooling fan normally run all the time??
