[ICOM] Looking for a broken mic

My (and every one of the several in town) T-81 has crappy TX audio when compared
to the audio from the HM-75 mic.  It is my hope to take the mic element out of
an HM-75 and put it in the T-81, there-by making the audio sound better.

Perhaps you know a better way???
