[ICOM] Driver unit for IC-7000

You're not understanding it correctly Guillermo. In Icom's case you don't
need to look for a dealer instead you go directly to Icom, Icom Japan or one
of their subsidiary companies such as Icom America, Icom Canada, etc. Most
have their own websites. Just do a little web searching.
