[ICOM] IC761 Distortion

When I turn on my 761 in the morning I have every band except 17M and 15M.
About ten minutes later, the two bands come on and I pick up stations fine
for about ten minutes more then the signals become distorted. The distortion
is on both TX and RX. I have been told the problem is most likely a bad
solder trace or heat sensitive component on the PLL board. The problem was
there before and after I changed to ceramic VCOs. So the VCOs apparently
were not the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be
causing the distortion only on those two bands?
