[ICOM] Off Topic question about 3 phase wiring

I work in a power plant - perhaps I can help.  However, what I know is likely
NOT CODE for your area.  And yes - it DOES matter.

I have a friend locally who has a POWER CONVERTER for his 3-phase lathe. Perhaps
that might be a cheaper solution for you - if it is only one machine.....  I can
get the data for you if that sounds like a possible solution.
