G/M Stephen. Glad you found the source of your problem. There is a procedure in the service manual for adjusting the bias for the PA stages. Before you replace the drivers, I suggest you read this procedure. Good luck.

Thank you. Just saw your note, after finding one driver shorted
Collector to Base, and the other one is leaking real bad. I'll have
to find a source for the NTE343. You hit it right on the head.

That is the most likely scenario with the pro series. They are no longer being
manufactured, but the NTE 343 replacement replacement transistoris are about
$15ea. If one is bad, I would suggest you replace both.
