[ICOM] Selling via QRZ.COM

they have a number of "sysops" and unfortunately they fall into the category that the arrl eliminates from its "OO" group. arrl asks one question on its "OO" test and if you answer it wrong, you are eliminated. its a simple question that just wants to see if you are looking for a position of authority to "be the boss". if you answer "yes i would send a violation card" for a silly minor accidental procedural mistake, arrl boots you right now. looks like the failures end up being "cool hand lukes bossman" on qrz.
