[ICOM] missing screw

To answer the first question - the screw size is TINY!

It can be ordered from ICOM.  I got a used radio without it - and it caused me a
number of headaches including turning off and noises too.  I ordered TWO screws
from ICOM.  I still have the spare - just in case....  And as long as I keep it
I will never lose the first!  <grin>.

Order two!
