[ICOM] missing screw

Incredible.

Having had many remote radios (some homebrewed) on and off road with and
without screws on the cable(s), I've never seen or heard of this problem.

He should be able to get a 2x6mm screw from a local hardware store or pull
one out of some electronic scrap, it's a common size.
