[ICOM] missing screw

Depending on the installation, I find most rigs have more than an adequate,
thought not "proper", ground through the co-ax shield or mounting bracket.

I've had problems with sudden power loss from the female portion (radio
side) of the molex connectors expanding from heat due to current draw.

I replaced the connector on my 706 MKII with a fiberglass plate and two
stainless steel bolts and locking hardware, no more shut-downs.  PHOTOS
available upon request.

Other power fluctuations in my installations have been caused by heavy
vibration.
