[ICOM] ACC connectors for IC756 ProIII

I bought a set of metal case ones at Radio Shack several years ago. They are
pretty standard din connectors.

I agree the 7 pin is the hardest to find. Also the spacing is pretty
standard and you can use a 5 pin in either of the ICOM accessory connectors.
These are more readily available. It will give you pins 1 thru 5 and that is
enough for most interface requirements.

BTW the pin assignment on the 5 pin din is also the same as the 7 & 8 pin
din for the first 5 pins.
