dan,
  you are think right, hoever look at all the poeple just walking away from their homes after they had them on the market for a year with no buyers. its always the same. the bottom falls out first and people dont realize it until they list their homes, ham equip and it doesnt sell. the big difference is that we never see the "sold price" for ham gear, but we can always find the "sold price" for homes. its public record..  regards  paul
