[ICOM] Best filter for AM in a 706mk2

The FL-94 is the stock AM filter (8 KHz) in the rig. FL-102 (6 KHz) was
used in the IC-775 and reportedly will work in the 706. The FL-116 was
used in the original 706, but when I owned my original 706, I seem to
remember AM selectivity was somewhat trashy on strong adjacent AM
signals. Also, you should not use the noise blanker in the AM mode. AM
quality suffers and overall selectivity drops into the dumpster. Note,
even with the stock FL-94, in the AM mode you can switch to the "narrow"
filter position which is at 2.4 KHz. AM quality is not great (no
push-pull 6V6's here), but adjacent channel trash can be somewhat
suppressed.
