[ICOM] Transistor for IC-7000

	Hello to the list, I'm searching for a replacement of a Fet driver 
transistor; Q504 in the Driver Unit, description: S.FET PD55015 and 
part# is 1590003060.
	I was told locally, by our Icom authorized dealer that this part is 
discontinued. I'll check another sources, but any help/hint is greatly 
appreciated.
	It's hard to believe to me that there are no more available parts for 
replacement for such a not so old rig!.
