[ICOM] FS - original IC-706 with filter board problem

I have for sale an original 706, with the apparently inevitable  
bandpass filter board failure.  The radio itself works fine, even the  
data lines going to bandpass filter board are correct, but there is a  
combination of intermittent relays and bad switching transistors that  
make the radio unusable on HF.  Works great on 2 meters all modes, and  
will work with the board bypassed and used with an external bandpass  
filter unit.
(Built one up for testing, no longer have it as it went along with a  
previous original 706.)  Apparently the problem with the board is  
common, and it is repairable with patience.

Asking $250, since it only needs repair to be fully operational.
