[ICOM] Removing FL-53A filter

Thanks to all for the info regarding filter removal. The filter was indeed
bolted to the board. I have no idea why those studs are on these filters. I
guess if you have your rig in a cross country moto cross LandRover it might
keep the filter from jiggling out, but in normal amateur use I can't imagine
why one would want to go to the trouble to fasten those nuts on the studs
and go to the trouble of removing the board to do so. Maybe it would be of
value if a Richter 10 earthquake hits, but ....
