[ICOM] Removing FL-53A filter

Matt,
You will have to remove the pcb it is mounted on..it is probably 
bolted down with
2 nuts on the solder side of the pcb. Worse case is it is soldered in 
to the pcb..
Don't force it since the pcb can't take to much abuse..
