[ICOM] 746 pro IC151 question

Guys-
 
I just picked up a used 746pro, it is pretty much new, with a Ser # 207xxx.  
Was there a  point where ICOM updated the IC151 issue, or not?  I have  done a 
bit of searching, and can't find a for certain answer.  
 
This was new in Dec '08, the guy never even had it out of the box. I got  it, 
then decided to just buy a PRO 3, and took a big loss...my gain!  Radio  is 
perfect, with 100w out, but, was just wondering.
