Hi John,

The IC-7600 also lacks the DigiSel tracking preselector. I believe it has a
common set of diode-switched RF BPF's for transmit and receive, as opposed
to the separate, relay-switched receive BPF group (with very large
inductors) used in the IC-7700. The 7600 also has a 100W PA vs. 200W,  and
lacks the VGA and Ethernet ports provided on the IC-7700. Then, of course,
the IC-7600 lacks the internal PSU. It also has a smaller display screen
than the IC-7700.

The 7600 is priced at a level which should make it an attractive replacement
for the 756Pro3.

Yes, but you can listen to two different frequencies at the same time (dual
receive of frequencies) which you can't do on the 7700.
