[ICOM] Icom 735 Won't transmit On 10 and 12 Meters

ine wont transmit on 160 or 80 but receives. I suspecy nthe switching diodes 
or the slection voltage is off. I have to dig into the rig to find out.

Have a Icom 735 that will not transmit on 10 and 12 meters.
