[ICOM] Icom 229H

What I did was played with an LED on a 14 VDC supply with a resistance decade
until I got it just right, then changed them all out.

To date, 5 IC-901As, 1 IC-820, the meter lamps in my 551D, 351A, and 781 - all
LED now.  Have not had to work on one for a few years now..... The energizer
rabbit of lights!
